We have personally felt the pain points of fundraising at an early as well as late stage. We also see the vast proliferation in use of certain technologies in the market that aid quicker financial due diligence. With this, we felt the need to build Tapline.
Tapline is a digital funding marketplace providing subscription-based companies instant access to non-dilutive capital. For hard working entrepreneurs, this is an efficient way to scale their business without taking on dilution or restrictive debt. Investors, who are seeking a positive yield producing instruments come to Tapline to invest in a new type of asset class; recurring revenue.
About the role
You will be the first business hire outside the founders and will have the opportunity to work at a fast growing startup in the attractive world of FinTech. As VP of Revenue, you’ll be a core part of the business directly working with the CEO and CIO. You are extremely passionate about client relationship management, sales, product and have deep-seated experience in the SaaS market within the DACH region. You have a keen interest in product management and like to take ownership of tasks and enjoy the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Initially, you will be working directly with SaaS companies during the pre-launch phase, logging and discussing feedback with our technical team on our initial product. As we move further away from this phase to a full product launch towards the end of the year, your role will evolve to leading the full client acquisition of SaaS clientele within the DACH region.
As Tapline grows, you will grow too. You will have an opportunity to expand our team and create an extremely client centric focused business unit. This role is really for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment and notably, relishes interaction with clients on a product level.
